Onze bijdrage aan het Internationale Ruimtestation, het ruimtelaboratorium, bewijst het hoge peil van de Europese ruimtetechniek. Our contribution to the International Space Station in the form of the space laboratory demonstrates the high level of European space technology. Maar in Frankrijk komt de TGV pas in 2020 tot Nice, twee jaar na de bouw van een permanent ruimtestation op de maan. In France, however, the TGV will reach Nice only in 2020, two years after a permanent space station has been built on the moon. Het kan toch niet dat we de mensen naar de maan en naar het ruimtestation MIR sturen, maar dat we niet in staat zijn in ons eigen luchtruim met zijn druk luchtverkeer veiligheid te garanderen. It cannot be right that we send people to the moon and to the Mir space station, when we cannot ensure their safety in our own heavily congested airspace.
